About Me

Hi there! My name is Terry Vaughn and I’m from San Diego, California. While I may be 65 chronologically, I have a youthful spirit and a big passion for life.

I believe in empathy and understanding, and I find a lot of joy in connecting with others. Perhaps that’s why I’m not the biggest fan of talking about myself, but I’m happy to share that I’ve been navigating life with HIV for 40 years.

For three years, I even hosted a weekly art class specifically for those affected. Those Wednesday afternoons were filled with creativity, connection, and a shared sense of community.
